Most of our fixtures do not include bulbs (unless explicitly stated), and there is a great reason for that! Lighting is highly personal. In most cases, your beautiful new lighting will arrive without any hidden fees! However, because customs policies vary widely around the world, certain countries may require import duties upon delivery. We advise taking a quick look at your local customs guidelines so you know exactly what to expect.

If the product you received is defective or damaged during transportation, take photos and video of both the packaging and the product. Send the photos/ videos and a more detailed description to us within seven days of receiving the order. Our Customer Service will contact you as soon as possible. Always save the damaged shipping packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns for items with physical damage (such as scratches, dents, broken glass etc.) if we are notified more than 7 days after delivery.

We will issue a refund within 10 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Returns are processed in the order they arrive.We'll send you an email once your return package has been received and another email confirming your refund has been fully processed. You can return the product if it is unused and in the condition you received it. All parts of the product, including the packaging and instructions, must be intact
